• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Transit Damage Claims:
• For claims regarding transit damage, include the original packaging.
6. Return Authorization:
• Do not ship any return until you email us to request a return and receive authorization from our team.
7. Refund Processing:
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund (product price + applicable sales tax) to the original payment method within 2 business days.
